Just like Groundhog Day

It's 3 A.M. and your children are not safe. Unless Hilary Clinton (wearing make up and a pants suit at this hour) is waiting by the phone in the oval office. For the sake of argument and the credibility of this ad, we'll assume the call isn't from Bill Clinton asking for a ride home and a pair of pants. Its terrorism, its a crisis. So we must turn to the person with experience in matters of this magnitude. Hilary Clinton, conquerer of Monica Lewinsky is our only hope.
Man if that were true, I'd be typing this from France.
But let's continue, cue the media "experts" who once again break off their alleged love affair with Barak Obama to question his experience. Question if everyone will turn against him. And question if he can bounce back. FROM WHAT? HE'S STILL WINNING. This has been a seemingly endless loop in this ground breaking race that is getting more and more predictable. Let's see..."America isn't ready for a black president." "He's too young, Hilary will coast through this thing." "He won't win the predominantly white states." We've all heard something similar, but were they correct? Nope. He dominates Iowa, loses New Hampshire after some strategic crying and voter irregularity, then blows her out the water with 12 straight victories. And along the way the media turned a good thing into an absurd spectacle and Hilary turned Republican.
Do you want a muslim sleeper running the country? Of course not. So how can you vote for Barak HUESSIN Obama. I mean, the evidence is right there in his name.
Yet, the American people have shown throughout that they aren't the same gullible and uninformed bunch that gave us 8 glorious years of George W. Bush. Through Hilary's Rumsfeld style of fear mongering with ads, and channeling former Senator Mccarthy during debates, the people have nevertheless stuck with their guy. The man who does not represent fear tactics and ignoring the non 1%. The man who does not represent maintaining the status quo and war in Iraq for 100 years. This is a man who will bring actual change and help close the ever growing divide between our citizens. So I have faith that the people will not buy into to the next "obstacle" in Barak Obama's path. (Basically more Propaganda) Long time friend Jeremiah Wright's comments from 2003 have resurfaced in convenient time so the loop may continue. They are questioning Barak Obama's loyalty to America, if he really is for unity if he won't disown a man who is like family to him for making "controversial" comments. Never mind that the media isn't calling for Hilary's head after she basically brushed off Geraldine Ferraro's racist remarks as if the two had merely disagreed over which 5 star restaurant to eat at courtesy of the special interests. (Oops, I mean anonymous civilians. Go tax return!) No, Hilary is off the hook. Racism is okay, anything about America though is where the line is drawn. That's KKK territory. I mean truthfully speaking about America's past and present atrocities and its rich history of racism, facism, terrorism, and hypocrisy is un-patriotic. Never mind that Wright's comments about treatment of African Americans, funding conflicts around the world, and 9/11 not being totally unprovoked ring true. You can't say things like that.
So like he had to, Barak Obama made a speech while in Philadelphia. It was truly brilliant and I highly recommend hearing it in its entirety. (You can do so on Youtube) But he basically did what had to be done which is distance himself enough from Wright's comments while also subtly back handing all the hypocrites in the media outlets. And like clock work, we're questioning if this is the end, if the voters will turn on Obama after this "scandal." America, I sincerely hope that you fight to end this repeating cycle of fear mongering and propaganda. That is all that will come from a Clinton or Mccain president. (Though with Mccain we'll get World War III) Do the country and Bill Murry a favor: Ignore the lies, vote Obama.
